Experimental Research on Effect of Hedyotis diffusa Willd on Blood Metastasis in H_(22) mice

Objective To observe the effects of Hedyotis diffusa Willd on blood metastasis in mice. Methods The blood metastasis model was established by subcutaneous injection of H22 cells into the mouse tail vein and the changes of mouse weight,the weight of immune organ,lung metastasis. Results The body weight and the weight of immune organs increased,lung nodules and lung metastasis tumor growth index decreased in Hedgotis diffusa willd group as compared to model group. Conclusion Hedyotis diffusa has inhibitory effect on the metastasis of hepatocarcinoma blood.
