Comparison of Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope with Light Microscope

The appearance of laser scanning confocal microscope result in dramatic improvements in real-time dynamics of living tissues and cells,optical sectioning,there-dimensional reconstruction of these sections comparing with light microscope.In this review,we compare laser scanning confocal microscope with light microscope,and introduce in brief multi-photon laser scanning microscopy.
