Efficacy and Effects of Hongjinxiaojie Capsule on Flow of Blood Indicated by Colored Doppler in Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and effects of Chinese medicine Hongjinxiaojie capsule on imagine of mammary gland hyperplasia and flow of blood indicated by Doppler. Methods:265 cases were divided into two groups randomly. One is treatment group including 165 cases which received Hongjinxiaojie capsulethe,the other is control group including 100 cases which received external therapy of Rupixiao tablet. Then the changes of flow of blood indicated by Doppler between before and after treatment are observed.Results:In treatment group,the intense of signal of flow of blood was remarkable reduced,velocity of flow of blood(Vmax)are accelerated and RI was lowered (all the values of P0.05). Compared with control group,the differences are distinct (all the values of P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions:Hongjinxiaojie capsule could improve the structure of mammary gland and flow of blood,which proved it is an effective externally used herbal preparation.
