Objective To discuss the valuation of infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis and liver fibrosis to evaluate the liver injury degrees. Methods By means of American GE730 color ultrasonography, radioimmunoassay(RIA) and laboratory examinations,43 cases of cytomegalovirus hepatitis infants were carried out in the observation of hemodynamics for liver, the assay of serum liver fibrosis markers, hepatic function, and the estimation for therapeutic outcomes, respectively. Results In 43 cases,39 cases suffered from liver fibrosis(31 cases were mild,6 cases intermediate and 2 cases severe).Ohemodynamics were found to change with different degrees in all 43 cases, the proper hepatic artery blood flow parameters were comparatively obvious. The four indexes of liver fibrosis markers such as the hyaluronic acid(HA),the pre-collagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),the collagen type Ⅳ(CⅣ) and the lamminin(LN) were significantly different in the mild, intermediate, severe groups of liver fibrosis and the control group(P0.05).Conclusions The combination of ultrasound hemodynamics with serum liver fibrosis markers assay has better diagnostic significances for detecting infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis and liver fibrosis.
