Preliminary studies on identification of Aquilaria sinensis(L.) gilg by the PCR product of rDNA ITS sequencing

The genomic DNA of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg was extracted from yong leaves by improved CTAB method,the ITS sequence was amplified by PCR with universal primers of ITS and PCR products were direct sequenced and clone sequenced.The results showed that there was a clear difference in rDNA ITS of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg,and there were five variable sites in the ITS1 area,a variation of sites in the ITS2 area.
