Evaluation on Contamination of Cr,Pb,Cd and Cu in Vegetables of Hefei Region

The contamination level of Cr,Pb,Cd and Cu in 16 kinds of vegetables in Hefei was investigated and evaluated. The results showed that the contents of heavy metals in vegetables varied significantly with different kinds of vegetables. The content sequence of Cd was scallionsleaf vegetablesroot vegetableslegumesegg plantsgourds. The content sequence of Cr was scallionsleaf vegetableslegumesgourdsroot vegetablesegg plants. The content sequence of Pb was scallionsleaf vegetablesegg plantsgourdslegumesroot vegetables.The content sequence of Cu was legumesleaf vegetablesroot vegetablesscallionsegg plantsgourds. The content of heavy metals was different in different tissues of the same vegetable.The content of heavy metals in leaves was higher than that in other tissues. The evaluation result showed that the contamination of heavy metals in scallions and leaf vegetables was severe, the contamination of lead in vegetables was severer than that of other 3 heavy metals.
