Stability of Reduced Glutathione under Different Conditions

The effects of pH,temperature,sunlight and antioxidant on the stability of reduced glutathione(GSH) solution were studied in this paper.Results indicated that GSH solution was relative stabile under the following conditions: pH 2.0~4.0 and temperature 30℃.And it should be kept in dark place.Besides,the GSH solution showed the highest stability in the presence of antioxidant at pH 6.0.
