Clinical Observation of Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid to the Patients with Carcinoma of Large Intestine's Metabasis and Relapse After Operation

Objective:Invest both the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Bushen oral liquid to the patients with carcinoma of large intestine metabasis after operation and its influence to life quality,periphery hemogram,and immune function.Methods:54 patients with carcinoma of large intestine after operation are divided into two groups randomly.In the therapeutic group,we use Yiqi Bushen oral liquid combined chemotherapy to treat 33 patients,and in the control group,use simple chemotherapy to treat 21 patients.Results:The metabasis rate of therapeutic group is much lower than the control group(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the therapeutic group can improve the Kamofsky score,body weight,and the periphery hemogram.(P0.01)Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen oral liquid has the good effect to resist metabasis and relapse of patients which is after operation of carcinoma of large intestine.And it has good effect at sensitization and attenuation,too.It can improve the life quality of the patients.
