Analyse the content of amino acid in Cordyceps militaris planted by different culture mediums

OBJECTIVE To compare the amino acid content of Cordyceps militaris which planted by wheat and nice.METHODS Analyse the amino acid content of Cordyceps militaris by amino acid autoanalyzer.RESULTS The total amount of amino acid in Cordyceps militaris planted by wheat was 20.431%,more than the Cordyceps militaris which planted by nice.Except one or two amino acid,each of the amino acid content of Cordyceps militaris planted by wheat were more than the nice.CONCLUSION Cordyceps militaris planted by wheat not only had better quality,but also had lower cost,therefore,there were more advantages to adopt wheat as the culture medium.
