Clinical study on quantitative assessment of renal microcirculation perfusion in hypertensive patients by contrast-enhanced ultrasound

Objective To detect and analyze renal microcirculation perfusion and its changes features in hypertensive patients by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and to explore a new method for early diagnosis of renal damage in hypertensive patients.Methods Twenty-one patients with grade 1 hypertension,19 patients with grade 2 hypertension,16 patients with grade 3 hypertension and 20 non-hypertensive patients were enrolled in this study.The renal parenchyma blood flow perfusion was observed by CnTI with SonoVue contrast media,the time-intensity curves of contrast media perfusion were recorded,and the curve morphous and parameter changes were analyzed.Results The morphous of time-intensity curves in hypertensive groups was wider than that in control group,and the curves became more wider with the increase of hypertensive degree.Compared with the control group,the peak time was delayed[(48.28±9.86)s,(53.26±7.80)s,(59.26±6.68)s vs(36.69±7.84)s,P0.05],the time of peak intensity decreased a half was prolonged[(120.26±3.25)s,(125.78±5.14)s,(130.65±4.15)s vs(109.20± 4.21)s,P0.05],and the slope rate of decreased curve became slow[(0.0032±0.004)s,(0.0026±0.006)s,(0.0019±0.008)s vs(0.0044±0.0002)s,P0.05].Peak intensity had no obvious changes(P0.05).There was no significant difference between each hypertensive groups(P0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can analyze and observe the features and changes of renal microcirculation perfusion in hypertensive patients.There are changes of renal mi...
