激动素(kinetin)本源于植物,目前广泛应用于植物细胞的组织培养.近年来的研究发现激动素能抑制细胞的分化过程,对人的成纤维细胞具有选择性杀伤作用[1].我们在大鼠肝纤维化模型上,结合Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原及转化生长因子β1(TGF β1)免疫组织化学探讨了激动素的抗肝纤维化作用。
