Clinical Observation the effect of Deanxit,Trimebutine maleate and Bifido on Iirtable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit、trimebutine maleate and bifido on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods The seventy-five patients with IBS were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group received Deanxit、trimebutine maleate and bifido;and the control group received bifido and polyzyme tablets.Comparison was made on the grades of clinical symptoms and the relief of clinical symptom at the end of two weeks.Result Comparied with the control group,the relief of clinical symptom and the semiology score in the treatment group were obvious(p0.05).Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Deanxit、trimebutine maleate and bifido on irritable bowel syndrome was obvious.
