Study of chemosensitivty and clinical significance of peripheral blood lymphocytes and granilu vytes in non-small-cell lung cancer patients

Objective:To study chemosensitivity of anticancer drugs in the peripheral blood karyocytes(lymphocytes and granulocytes) of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients,and to choose better chemotherapeutics or combined chemotherapy drugs.Methods: The sensitivity or resistance of 4 kinds of commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs and combined chemotherapy in peripheral blood lymphocytes and granulocytes of 32 cases with non-small-cell lung cancer in vitro by classic MTT colorimetric assay.Results: The individual chemosensitivity of NSCLC were comparatively different.The chemosensitivity of combined drugs was significant superior to single drugs,P0.05.Conclusion:The tumour chemosensitivity test in vitro gave some prediction and guidances for the chemotherapy,and it could discover the drug resisting cases.The combined chemotherapy should be selected for NSCLC.
