A Study on the Immunoregulatory Function of Grifola frondosa Polysaccharide Capsule

The immunoregulatory function of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide capsule was investigated. The experimental result showed that the turgidity of the metatarsus and the quantity of antibody-generating cells of the mice after being orally fed with Grifola frondosa polysaccharide capsule for 30 days were increased, and that G. frondosa polysaccharide capsule had no effect on the phagocytosis function of monocyte macrophage and phagocytosis index of carbonic expurgation which indicated that G.frondosa polysaccharide capsule could strengthen the immunological function of the cells and the body fluid of the mice.
