The Affect Factor of Synchronous Pavement Surface Vehicles Stone Spreader Quality

The factors which are affect the synchronization control car stone strewn pavement surface quality is described in this paper, established a cure relationship between the opening feed door and distribution amount and distribution steel sword and distribution amount, analyzes the causes of gravel spreading lateral and longitudinal uneven, according to the affect factor to design a certain synchronous pavement surface vehicles automatic computer control system, and it uses the measured data to verify the system. The results shows that the distribution rate of gravel is ideal, it is proved that the system is believed.
