Thoughts on hospital information status and measurement

Status of hospital information development in China was analyzed and suggestions were presented. Hospital information system construction needs macro-planning and popularization to match health reform. Technology difficulties be solved by cooperative research to achieve important progress. Main difficulties as well as lack of funds, lack of evaluation standards, lack of professional staff, lack of training and lack of information standard be solved to improve scientific based innovation.
