Analysis of antineoplastic drugs used in our hospital in 2010

Objective To investigate the antineoplastic drugs used in 2010 in our hospital and analyze the current situation and future trend of antineoplastic use.Methods The data of frequency and cost of antineoplastic based on DDDs methods were analyzed.Results There were 6 categories,34 kinds of antineoplastic drugs used in 2010.Cisplatin injection,Fluorouracil injection and Cyclophosphamide injection were the top 3 drugs in all antineoplastic DDDs.Conclusion Antineoplastic plant medicament and it's ramification,the other antineoplastic and assistant drugs,antineoplastic antibiotics,alkylation drugs and antimetabolite drugs are the main kinds for tumor treatment in our hospital.
