Clinical Analysis of Large Dose Urokinase Thrombolysis on Cerebral Arterial Thrombosis

Objective To observe the validity and safety of large dose urokinase thrombolysis on acute cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods Acute cerebral arterial thrombosis patients in 6h matched for thrombolysis treatment were chosen,and were given 1000000～1500000U urokinases by vein in half an hour.The score of NIHSS in 24h,3d,7d,14d and the functions of hemorrhage and cruor were observed.Results Dramatic changes took place in 6 patients in 2h that the score of NIHSS was reduced,among which 2 patients recurred.Symptom cerebral hemorrhage and hypersusceptibility did not appear in all of the patients.Conclusion Large dose urokinase thrombolysis on acute cerebral arterial thrombosis is safe and effective before the treatment window,indications and contraindications are controlled strictly.
