THE VISIBLE LIGHT RESPONSE REACTOR OF PHOTOCATALYSIS FALLING FILM DESIGN AND ITS APPLICATION

Titanium dioxide photocatalyst has a promising perspective at the degradation of organism pollutant, but it is difficult to resolve large-scale application for TiO2 photo-catalytic reactor with high photocatalytic activity. After analysizing photocatalytic reactor structure, sol-gel method was used to prepare nitrogen doped TiO2 film as the mainly reactor part of visible light response of laminar falling film reactor. The fluorescent lamp was chosen as simulation light resource and photocatalytic degradation methylene blue(MB) as model reaction, The model of falling liquid film can be obtained by the research of the action of falling liquid film, and the result of liquid film thickness in the different flux can be counted. Reactor film thickness is 0.155 cm, the photocatalytic degradation can achieve above 50% through three hours reaction, degradation effect is remarkable and realize the visible light response.
