Research on the Core Competence of the Related Corporations of Prefabricated Construction Based on the Industrial Chain

Taking the industry chain of prefabricated construction as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the meaning of the core competence of the related corporation in the industry chain,including developing the core technology,making the enterprise brand strategy,playing role in industry leading ability,establishing talent highland. Furthermore,in view of the related corporation of the prefabricated construction transformation and upgrading development,it puts forward that the corporation should build enterprise group,integrate the industry chain,enhances the level of BIM technology,establishes production-study-research cooperation platform.
