Observation of clinical effects of calcitriol combined with telmisartan on diabetic nephropathy

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of calcitriol combined with telmisartan on patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Eighty patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,two groups of patients were given the conventional treatment of diabetes,the control group were given telmisartan,and the treatment group were given calcitriol and telmisartan.To compare the test index and the change of T cell sub group before and after treatment.Results Compared the total effective rate of the treatment group with that of the con trol group,χ2=6.0504,P 0.05;24 hpro quantification in both groups after treatment was decreased,the t value was 4.6649,2.7198,P 0.05;The treatment group decreased more obviously,compared with the control group t = 2.4739,P 0.05;Microalbuminuria of the patients in two groups after treatment was decreased,the t value was 13.778,7.5926,P 0.05,the treatment group decreased more significantly,compared with the control group t = 7.6216,P 0.05;after treatment CD3+ and CD8+ T cells of the treatment group increased,CD4+ T cells decreased,and CD4+/CD8+ ratio reduced,the difference was statistically significant compared with prior treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion Calcitriol combined with telmisartan can protect kidney function of DN patients,and reduce the level of 24h urinary protein,the progression of the patients with DN can be slowed.
