On the Basic Experiences of Developing Legal System in New China

The 60 years of development of legal system in new China saw great achievements although with many ups and downs.The practice proves that Chinese legal system development should put focus on people's rights,the economic function of legal development and local resources.It also needs to borrow the western legal development experiences and discard the back-warded ideal of man-ruling.
