Traffic Assignment Model of Wartime Transportation Network Based on Transportation Risk

This paper analyzes practical travel time fluctuation of road network caused by random factors and the harm it creates,and discusses the impact of decentralized transportation on transportation risk.In order to make the minimal accumulation of traffic risks as the optimized goal,establish common traffic distribution model based on transportation risks and the model referred to different transport tasks.When solving the model by quadric weighted average algorithm,first get better initial solution through coefficient of section risks to accelerate convergence during iterative process.The results show that the model can better reflect the characteristics of traffic assignment of transportation network in wartime.
