Generalized Taylor Theorem and Asymptotic Characteristic of Mean Mid-value

This article provided a new proof of the generalized Taylor′s theorem;and discussed the asymptotic property of the mid-value point in generalized Taylor theorem when the two end-point of an interval tend toward a point of the interval.
