Geological relic landscapes database platform of Daba Mountain National Geopark in Sichuan

In this paper,an integrated database management platform for Daba Mountain National Geopark was studied and constructed,which worked for geological relic resource management and landscape planning supporting.Reference to the Construction Technical Requirements and Working Guide of China National Geological Park(2002),the classification system,coding rules and databases of geological relic landscapes were established for the study area.The database management platform architecture was designed and developed based on SOA,and integrated services through the web portal.The operation results showed that it integrated effectively spatial information and thematic information of landscapes in the Geopark,and could hel PGeopark management institutions to comprehensively gras Pthe spatial distribution and landscape structure of geological relics,and provide a reference to information assurance for the resources conservation and tourism planning.
