Analysis of the influence on the time-of-use price associated with the load-move-cost

Time-of use price is one of the most important methods on ensuring the stable running of power system. By analyzing the consumption and demand of power users, the conception of load-move-cost can be founded and be used in explaining and analyzing the power demand-price elasticity curve dealing with the consumer's load-move-cost. The conception of load-move-cost has great effect on the designing of time-of-use price.
