An efficient method to design optimum millimeter wave low noise amplifier

In this paper, using common source topology, a 5 stages low noise and high gain amplifier has been designed. In the next section, an accurate model for passive components and transistor based on the measured S-parameters of each component have been derived. LNA design, optimization and simulated result has been presented in the last section.
