Value of Cloud Computing by the View of Information Resources

Recent researches on Cloud Computing suggest that it is a new business model which can bring big benefits in sharing Information Resources to many companies and users. This paper analyzes some definitions of Cloud Computing and its features. To emphasize the future applications, the paper lists some instances about it. After that, it mines some values of Cloud Computing by the view of Information Resources, such as technology, economics and discipline. Just as a coin has two sides, though the Cloud Computing will take an important role in people's daily life, it brings some problems to the society. The paper puts forward some challenge problems which Cloud Computing will be faced with.
