In the crystal structure of the title compound, C13H12N2O3S·H2O, the Schiff base mol­ecule is approximately planar. An intra­molecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond stabilizes the mol­ecular structure. The Schiff base and water mol­ecules are linked by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a supra­molecular assembly.
