Realization of Virtual Oscillograph Based on USB

Virtual Instrument represents the trend of the ATS(automatic test system) development. The USB-bus technology provides the Virtual Instrument with new space to develop. The Virtual Instrument based on the USB-bus coincides with the new bus standard and the trend of instrument development. Virtual digital oscilloscope we designed consist data acquisition, wave display, frequency spectrum and wave storage modules. It has some merits which common oscilloscope doesn't have, such as saving wave as permanence dataC using data at any moment C real-time display and print wave, cost low, extending functions based on requirement of application.
