Glassy states of adsorbed flexible polymers and spread polymer "monolayers"

In this letter we conjecture a possible mechanism for the dynamics of irreversibly adsorbed polymers. We argue that glass-like states can exist near the surface. Subsequently, we discuss this in reference to the properties of polymers spread on a liquid air interface.
