Convulsions after self poisoning with zimeldineZimeldine is a new antidepressant that is chemically unrelated to the tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants.Information on its effects in acute overdosage in humans is scanty.We report on two patients in whom zimeldine overdosage caused grand mal convulsions.
