Lowering the Work Function of ITO by Covalent Surface Grafting of Aziridine: Application in Inverted Polymer Solar Cells

The surface grafting hyper-branched polymer of aziridine is employed to covalently modify the ITO substrates. With this modification, the work function of the ITO is dramatically lowered, and the PCEs and stability of the inverted PSCs is significantly improved.
