Immunofluorescent localization of mammary tumor virus antigens in mammary tumor cells in culture.

Antigens associated with mammary tumor virus infection were detected and localized in cultured BALB/cfC3H tumor cells by immunofluorescent methods. In addition, two distinct social arrangements of epithelioid tumor cells are described and correlated with qualitative differences in the distribution of fluorescing cells.
