挺别人说这个期刊风评很好，然后就投了。wiley系统上也不显示是啥状态，只要提交后就一直显示under review，然后差不多40天desk rejection，理由是和期刊偏好不符，具体偏好是啥也没说。建议慎投(来源:发表记)
